Not a very good application on this manicure. I should have gone with 3 thin coats I probably only did two, and very badly at that! I have a thing for peachy colours, and I waited quite a few months until this shade was back in stock.

GOT Polish Challenge Part 2 - Week 8 - With Bling!
OK, I am really late with this one.
Week 8 of the GOT2 (Golden Oldie Thursday) Polish challenge over at Crumpet's Nail Tarts. The theme for this week was With Bling.
I think I managed that and then some. I did a sponge gradient and was going to just glitter two accent nails, but before I knew it, I had "blinged" all of them! To add even more bling, I added some rhinestones, metal studs and caviar beads to my ring accent finger.

Born Pretty Store - Multi Shape and Colour Studs/Rhinestones
This is number three of the three reviews I have for the Born Pretty Store.
This review is for some lovely pastel studs/rhinestones, items number ID: 12408. The wheel has 300 studs/rhinestones in three colours and 4 shapes and sizes, how great is that. A huge amount of nail art possibilities with these beauties.
I choose to do a kind of skittlette manicure to show them off. I choose polishes matching the three colours in the wheel. I randomly sponged them on and applied the studs/rhinestones.
Without further a do, here is my manicure.
You can get these gorgeous studs/rhinestone at the Born Pretty Store and you can use my discount code PBL91 which will get you 10% off. So what are you waiting for, go to Born Pretty Store for loads more nail art goodies.
Items used:
OPI Nail Envy
Seche Vite top coat
OPI - What's with the Cattitude?
Sally Hansen - Ion
LA Girl - Can U Dig It?
China Glaze - Gothic Lolita and Make a Spectacle

Painted Gradient
This was a very quick manicure. I used just one coat of nails inc lacquer for the base. It was a bit on the thick side and I was in a hurry and didn't feel the need to do a second coat. To bling up the manicure I just painted on the glitter with a fairly dry brush. Weather here in the UK is awful, dark and grey and rather wet so the photos do not do this manicure justice at all, it looks much better IRL.

Seche Vite Top Coat

Tigers and Leopards...Oh My!
My manicure for today is a blue and taupe animal print one. I saw this on the www while I was surfing and I am afraid I don't know who it belongs to, so if it is your, thanks for the inspiration.
I just really like the colour combination and the mix of animal prints on the nails. The taupe colour here is just one coat but for the blue I have on 3 coats and there is still a VNL. I like this a lot, I think though I must try it with different colour combinations too.
Items used:
Nails Inc - In Style Mink - Taupe
Color Club - Chelsea Girl - Neon Blue
Acrylic Paint - Black

MILANI - Bare to Wear
First of all you may notice my nails are much shorter than in my last post. I just felt like shorter nails, and that is not very often, but I am glad I did cut and file them down as the manicure I am wearing really suits the shorter nail.
One of my "yet to be worn" today. I bought the Milani Bare It All collection a while ago but as yet have not worn any of them. I keep buying and have not got enough time to wear all of them! So I took this one out and I am so pleased I did. It is lovely "griege" colour, (one of my favourite shades, I have them in many makes!) Sorry for the crappy pictures, but the weather is rather wet and grey here in the UK today. This is two coats of Bare to Wear with a top coat of Seche Vite.

FFF and Short Nails
No I am not swearing ..... Freebie Fashion Fawn!
My DH was going to Sainsbury's this weekend and I just happened to mention that if he saw InStyle magazine, would he be nice enough to buy one...or two... or even all three! He got me all three and this is one of the colours that came free with it. You can also get it (or all three) in the June issue of InStyle Magazine. It was lovely to apply and opaque in two. You may also notice I CUT down my nails, on my RH they were splitting and chipping and so I just cut them all to the same size. Hopefully they will soon start growing again.
Then for a bit of fun I added some flowers using my ever trustworthy black nail polish by Honeypot Cosmetics and dotting tool. To add a bit of sparkle a rhinestone in the middle.

OPI Rose Petals
Hi there. My NOTD/W is this lovely, sumptuous, romantic shade called Rose Petals by OPI. This is one of my new ones owned by me for quite a while now but it is it's first outing! And I love this shade. A gorgeous dusty pink/taupe? I can't quite make up my mind. Either way I love it.
It was a dream to apply with its ProWide brush, two and a bit strokes and the nail was covered. I would say it is a semi sheer colour. I am wearing two coats and you can clearly see VNL, BUT my nail tips are quite white and so even three coats would not have got rid of VNL. It is topped with Seche Vite for the lovely super shine.♥♥.JPG)
