My Nail Lacquer Storage - Part One

WARNING....PICTURE HEAVVVVYYYY!!!!

I got my first Helmer back in April.  I only bought the one thinking it would be enough.  But sadly by the end of the week I had to drag my husband back to IKEA to get another one!!  This suited me well in storing all my lacquer but since April I have managed to acquire a few more bottles so needed another Helmer.  So last week we popped back to IKEA to get another one.  This time I bought two just in case I might need another by the end of the year!!   So today with help from my youngest, we made up the third one and sorted all the lacquer out once again.    Oh dear!!!  I think I have a seriously bad lacquer addiction.
This is Helmer number one and it contains all my black/grey/silver, red, green, purple, blue and pink nail lacquers.

Catherine Arley - 666

Today I am wearing on my new oval nails the beautiful 666 by Catherine Arley.  It is a lovely dark shade of pink with..... moderate holo in it.  I had to take the photos with a flash as there is no sun here today :o(
Left hand, (normally in all my photos but my middle nail broke so is quite short at the moment)
Right hand as the nails are better!
See the holo, it is there.

New Nail Shape

I have had square or squoval nails for as long as I can remember.  I have not had the heart to change the shape as I have been happy with my square shape.  But today I just went ahead and re-shaped them!!   A little clue in this picture (and you get to see my right hand too lol :o))
I have gone oval.  I quite like the shape but I don't think I will keep them for good.  They are quite short at the moment, so I am going to grow them for a bit and see how I like them then.
But for now I am liking them, what do you think, and dare I ask what your preference is?

What a Revvvolution :o)

Well, After the awful manicure of earlier this week, I am now sporting this lovely holographic by Color Club - Revvvoluttion.  The photos do not do it justice (the weather is awful here, dark and cloudy!)  But in real life you can see all the yummyness it it!  This is two coats and I am sure had I applied it a bit better even one coat would have sufficed.  I love it.  My right hand also has its photo in the post, can you guess which one?

Chocolate Spots!!

Horrible colour and horrible nails.  Can you tell I am hiding a broken one?  Oh dear :(  I used OPI Chocolate Moose for the base and China Glaze Bahamian Escape for the blue dot and on top of that CG - Sunset Sail.
